Dr. Nelson Guanche is originally from Miami, FL. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in Biology and Chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Guanche earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and received multiple academic awards for his clinical excellence. He continued to practice general dentistry for two years in New Jersey, where he discovered his passion for endodontics. Dr. Guanche completed his endodontic residency at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. During his residency he obtained both a Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Dental Science degree for his research on the relationship of full coverage restorations and periapical healing. He has presented at several conferences, including the American Association of Endodontists Annual Session. Dr. Guanche is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. He enjoys providing personalized, gentle, and compassionate endodontic care in a comfortable and serene environment. He utilizes the most advanced technologies in the specialty to ensure the highest quality care for his patients. Dr. Guanche is fluent in Spanish and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with his family.
